His ears twitched at Nisei's hypothetical. After Seimei had "died" and Soubi hadn't yet entered his life he had been lonely. He didn't want to interact with his classmates. He felt separate from them. He had gotten close to Yuiko and Yayoi, admittedly, but he didn't care about anyone else in his class. But he liked Yuiko and Yayoi. They were his friends. He was friends with Osamu. They had nothing to do with this world of fighters.
